Based on a complete evaluation, our physical therapists develop treatment plans in conjunction with the client's physician and use a variety of treatment techniques.

Social Worker Services are a vital component of our home health care program. Our goal is to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional, and physical health status of each client while enhancing the coping skills of the family and other caregivers. AHCP provides accredited Masters level social workers that assist clients and their families in care planning and coping mechanisms to enhance the home environment.
