AMERICAN HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS WAS ESTABLISHED WITH ONE GOAL IN MIND: KEEPING PEOPLE IN THE HOMES BY PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE, HIGH-QUALITY, SAFE, AFFORDABLE, HOME HEALTH CARE TO THOSE IN NEED.
We can do this by (1) providing comprehensive home health care that stresses quality, reliability, compassion, and cost effectiveness in the comfort of your residence, (2) preventing family breakdown by creating an alternative to long-term institutionalization, thereby allowing the elderly, the sick, and the disabled to remain at home as long as is feasible, and (3) coordinating home health care services and education to the family in conjunction with the physician's plan of treatment. A Little About AHCP:
American Health Care Professionals (AHCP), a division of the American Health Home Care Group, Inc., is a Christian, faith-based home health agency, established in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1995. We serve clients in need of care without discrimination and regardless of their religious affiliations or personal beliefs.
AHCP is one of the leading providers of comprehensive home health care services in the Northern Virginia area. We are a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private pay. Services provided by AHCP include skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, social work services, and disease management education.
AHCP is a licensed Hospice Agency.
AHCP also provides Durable Medical Equipment (DME) - equipment primarily used for medical purposes that withstands repeated use and is appropriate for use in the home (i.e., hospital beds, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.).
